Stage 1
Alloy preparation
Melting and alloying form the starting material for the specified SmCo composition.
Manufacturing capability
An integrated manufacturing and inspection workflow for samarium cobalt materials and custom magnetic components.

The manufacturing route
The company presentation documents a workflow from alloy preparation to magnetic testing and dispatch. Detailed process and acceptance requirements are agreed per order.

Stage 1
Melting and alloying form the starting material for the specified SmCo composition.

Stage 2
Jet milling and multidirectional mixing prepare the powder before magnetic-field forming.

Stage 3
Powder is formed with magnetic orientation to establish the component’s preferred direction.

Stage 4
Sintering, solution treatment and subsequent thermal processing are part of the documented route.

Stage 5
Machining turns the material into drawing-defined shapes, dimensions and mating features.

Stage 6
Magnetization and magnetic inspection complete the material-to-component workflow.
Process photographs are from Hangda’s supplied company presentation. Detailed process and inspection requirements are agreed against the component specification.
From prototype to production
Start with your application and drawing. Discuss grade, magnetization, inspection and quantity. Evaluate samples under your operating conditions before agreeing a series-production specification.
Lead time, minimum order, packaging, documentation and delivery terms are quoted for each project. International shipments are subject to order review and applicable requirements.
Share your requirementsProduction support
Supporting operations connect the material route to the finished, inspected component.

Technical procurement
Include the acceptance method, quantity, destination and packaging requirements in the RFQ. Discuss handling, magnetization state, required documents and transport arrangements for your order.
Packaging photographs demonstrate representative practice; no destination, air-transport certification or delivery guarantee is implied.
